I had a flat tire right across the street and called asking if they could come take a look at it. Multiple appointments were scheduled at the time I called but they still sent out an employee and filled my tire with air, I then drove over to the shop and they repaired my tire at no cost! Excellent customer service and I will most definitely be coming back to change them out before winter time.

My dad has always told me to go to Les Schwab for my tires, and I am so glad I always listened! My need today was really simple, my low tire pressure warning came on and I don't know how to check it let alone put the air in, this was something my dad always just did for me. He unfortunately passed away in March and I was feeling overwhelmed with it being something my dad took care of for me and needing to figure out how to do it. I checked online to see if it was an offered service and thankfully it was. I stopped in and checked that it was something they did and Anthony assisted me, he didn't know what an emotional experience I was having in the driver's seat while he checked the tires and filled them, but he was extremely kind and made it feel normal and ok that I didn't know how to check the air or put air in my tires. Thank you so much for the kind and friendly service!

Worst service I've had at les schwab. I'm a loyal les schwab guy it looks like I need to find a different tire store. We buy thousands of dollars worth of tires every year. They don't care. This location needs new management or something. Left our vehicle there for 3 hours for a simple tire rotation only to be told it would be another 3 hours before they would even look at it. And it does no good to make an appointment either you still have similar problems. Another guy walked in the door before me to pick up his vehicle that had also been sitting for 3 hours with out being touched. Only 2 cars sitting in thier bays 4 or 5 empty bays. Only 3 guys seem to be working. The labor force is not what it once was sadly.

I can’t believe I’m leaving a public negative review. I have 25 trucks and trailers in my fleet and we get all our tires here. I had 2 negative experiences that I detailed on a Les Schwab email “how are we doing?” This made the store manager mad and 3 months later after I largely forgot about it, I have now been BANNED. Tried to appeal to the area manager and he was actually worse telling me they didn’t want my business if I was going to be negative. It’s been one of the strangest business experiences of my life.
